Eligibility
- The classic car must be a private-passenger style vehicle considered collectible in nature.
- Each licensed driver listed in Part IV - Drivers on the Select application must have an acceptable automobile exclusively available for daily use besides the Select-insured classic car. Please visit Reporting Drivers for relevant application language.
- The Select-insured classic car is not to be used for general transportation or commuting (unless an Occasional Commuting Endorsement is purchased). Please carefully review our "Express Warranties and Limitations of Use" listed on the Select application.
- Eligible drivers must have at least nine years driving experience. Questionable driving records and driver exclusion forms may be accepted at the discretion of Leland West.
- When not in use, the Select-insured automobile must be stored in a locked garage accessible only to the policy holder and immediate household members. In certain high-risk areas, a hidden transmitter alarm may be required for some high-value automobiles.
- Modifications to the vehicle are generally acceptable but must be fully disclosed. Modifications may add value to the vehicle subject to underwriting approval. Complete details of modifications must be submitted with your completed application.
